Project Description
This is an exciting new venture. We plan to develop a videography company, but we need it to be more than just commercial shoots and Instagram videos. I’m advising the founder to find the perfect niche to dominate before branching out to develop a large, viable business so he is interviewing current and potential clients to get the right information. We have one business idea that will work, so we are running the numbers and doing the research to decide if we pursue it.
Next Steps:
- Consolidate the information from the interviews to determine which niche’s we can pursue
- Develop the marketing plan and website to pursue this market
- Develop demo videos for marketing purposes
- Start the sales process
